⭐️ Bana Tlv - באנה, תל אביב ⭐️ כבר כמה שנים שלא יצא לי להגיע למסעדה, ולהגיע אליה אתמול הרגיש כמו לבוא למסעדה חדשה. התפריט קיבל שינוי ענק והתרענן עם מנות חדשות. לקחנו 2 עיקריות - קיש גבינה וירקות ופסטה כוסמין עם רוטב סלק. בגלל שזה צהריים, קיבלנו מרק כרובית כחלק מעסקית שהיה בלי ספק ההיילייט של הארוחה. פעם ראשונה שטעמתי מרק מכרובית וממליצה לכל מי שעוד לא טעם, ללכת לטעום או להכין בבית (יודעת שאני הולכת לנסות!) בגלל שאני חברת מועדון של ויגן אקטיב, קיבלנו קינוח מתנה, שהזכיר ממש טעם של מלבי. האוכל היה טעים ואיכותי והמנות גדולות ומשביעות. הפייבוריטים שלי היו המרק כרובית והקיש (יש לי חולשה לקישים). מחכה כבר להגיע שוב ולטעום עוד מנות 🤗 לעוד המלצות על מסעדות טבעוניות מוזמנים לעקוב! וכמובן, בהייליט בפרופיל שלי בשם ״IL״ ובגייד תמצאו עוד הרבה המלצות. ——- #franki_ag #טבעוני #טבעונות #תלאביב #vegantlv #veganisrael #veganrestaurant #veganeatsplease #israelifood

When you feel suffocated by your own life, go outs When you feel suffocated by your own life, go outside. take a walk. it can be a small one in your neighborhood, at the beach, at the park. it doesn’t matter. go outside. put some music in your hears or just listen to the birds sing. escape the mind loop that tells you you are not enough. When I was 12 years old my hamster died. For days When I was 12 years old my hamster died. For days I didn’t leave my house and just sat on my bed, crying my eyes out. I treated this hamster as he was my own child. And that’s when I think looking back in my life, I understood the most how much powerful the love between an animal and human can be. I loved him. I didn’t care about how small he was, or that he couldn’t communicate with me using words. We found other ways to communicate. Few months after, I ate the last piece of meat in my life – and by choice. Being vegan for me is understanding that animals are no less than humans, its understanding the simple respect to other species, even those that look and act totally different than you. Today, is "vegan day" where the world celebrate veganism. Let's make every day vegan day, lets everyday celebrate the love and connection between animals and humans and humans with nature. Let's respect every day the beautiful planet that we were given. Being vegan is simply respect our bodies, the animals, and the planet. Its simple, fun, healthy. It helps the climate crises, help our body when we nutrient it with good food, and it saves so many animals from being abused and killed every second in the day. So, who's joining me? WHO's already vegan? A good place to start can also be by cutting little by little animal product, or simply looking to replace the thing you eat and the product you use every day. You can also try the meat free Monday where you choose to eat every Monday only vegan food.
