Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Looking for a quick and healthy chocolate treat? This vegan chocolate mousse is made with a surprising ingredient – yogurt!
It’s rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. You can use soy yogurt, coconut yogurt, or a high-protein plant-based yogurt for an extra protein boost. It keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days and works perfectly as a nutritious breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Serve it on its own or top it with fresh fruit, berries, granola, or chocolate shavings for an extra-special treat. Even if you’re not usually a yogurt fan, the chocolate flavor takes center stage and creates a smooth, indulgent mousse-like texture.
If you enjoy simple, high-protein vegan recipes, this chocolate mousse is definitely worth trying.

Serves 2
50 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp oil (coconut or sunflower)
150 g soy yogurt
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract

Melt the chocolate together with the oil in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until fully melted. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well until smooth. Cover and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit on top, such as blueberries or strawberries.
